Curtain Walling enables glazing to cover large areas over multiple floors, with opening windows and doors glazed into the system.
We provide a range of mullion widths and depths to achieve a wealth of structural challenges, to meet the needs of today’s Architects. The systems can be provided in capped or capless SSG system with potential hybrid options.
When designing curtain walling facades the main consideration is that the system spans vertically, which is fundamentally different to a window that is anchored around its whole perimeter. Curtain walling transoms span horizontally purely to support the glazed-in fill material, such as glass or cladding and to provide stability to the frame.
All curtain walling systems are thermally broken, they are supplied zone drained or mullion drained, our trained staff at estimating stage will develop the correct system for your projects’ needs. All systems are designed to industry standards for weather resistance achieving 600 Pa Air Permeability, 600 Pa Water-tightness and 2400 Pa Wind Resistance.
Our Curtain Walling Systems can be provided in Polyester Powder Coat or Anodised finish. Powder coating is supplied by the internationally recognised brand Akzo Nobel.
Glass, Cladding Panels and Louvres can be provided to suit the clients’ specification requirements.
